What happens to my order when I'm not at home to take it?

This depends upon your instructions for the delivery service.

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are possible provided that the product is in original and unworn condition. The order confirmation is reflected in the email from MyParcel. You can request the return via this email. You can then download the return label and bring the package to the nearest PostNL location.

Is the return free of charge?

We offer you two return options. You can return the order via PostNL for €6,15 or simply return it in the store free of charge.

How do I get my money back when returning an order?

The same way you paid for the order.  

Can I exchange my order for a different size?

Yes, you can swap an item in the store or return the order and order it again in the preferred size.

How do I find the right size for the [CONCEPTIONS] items?

A size guide is provided with each [CONCEPTIONS] item. All dimensions for each size can be found through the size guide. Furthermore, the sizes worn by our models are provided including our model’s length.

At what temperature should I wash the [CONCEPTIONS] items?

It is best to wash the items inside out at 30 degrees and not put it in the dryer. Hang the items to maintain the best possible quality.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will receive this by email.

When will my product be back in stock?

Give us a call. We will personally update you on the item’s stock.
